This is an everyday luxury type of bread and the perfect pick-me-up breakfast loaf for slow morning breakkie. It also makes a great bread and butter pudding. Freezes well. Ingredients: certified organic wheat flour, leaven, sultanas, currants, *walnuts, dates, apricots, figs, cinnamon, rose water, non-iodised salt, *yeast(<0.3%) & filtered water

breakfast in a slice!
a proper sourdough, this loaf is great value being packed with yummy fruits & nuts. it's breakfast in a slice!
just wish it was made on spelt flour, but if you can tolerate wheat, it's a great staple for breakfast.
