For 20 years, our life unfolded on a family farm—a patch of earth that gave us more than just food. It gave us values, purpose, and a deep respect for the natural world. It was a way of life. We grew what we ate, harvested what we planted, ate what we raised, and learned to respect the land that sustained us.

Back then, we didn’t use words like organic or whole foods—because everything we ate already was. Fresh-picked vegetables, fruit straight off the tree, milk from cows we knew by name, meat from animals raised with care, and pantry staples made the old-fashioned way—with simple, honest ingredients.

There were no shortcuts. No processed boxes.
Just tomatoes still warm from the sun. Eggs gathered that morning. Greens picked minutes before dinner.
It was more than a way of eating—it was a way of living. And though we didn’t know it at the time, it was a rare kind of luxury: food in its purest form.

A New Chapter, Rooted in the Old

As life pulled us into cities and careers, we began to see how disconnected most people had become from their food.

The first Brisbane based Wray Organic store opened in 2007 in Cleveland, being a part of the ever-growing organic retail industry for over 15 years and continue to build the Wray Organic brand and promote the key benefits of Certified Organic practices throughout South East Queensland. Wray Organic began with a simple belief — that fresh, organic food should be accessible to everyone. Founded in Queensland, Wray Organic started as a family-run health food store passionate about supporting local growers and promoting clean, sustainable living. Over the years, it grew into a trusted destination for certified organic produce, pantry staples, and wellness products. In April 2022 right in the thick of the pandemic, Wray Organic Online was born. The idea was to continue that mission by bringing the same market-fresh quality and commitment to sustainability straight to your doorstep — making healthy, ethical choices easier than ever.
