The cream is separated from our locally sourced organic milk and churned into butter at the factory in Camperdown, Western Victoria. The organic cows that supply the delicious milk are free to graze on lush pastures all day, all year round. this is one of the top three organic butters available in australia. symons, organic times & true organic. not watered down, the flavour is rich & creamy. this one has a good amount of salt, not over the top.
