artisan spelt sourdough
It's so hard to find organic wheat-free sourdoughs in Brisbane. Leavain's style is a true 'sour' dough artisan product with a number of pure spelt flour options for those who are avoiding wheat. Tastes magnificent and being a fermented food will keep well over a week at home.
